1. Start by washing your hands before touching your hearing aids so no bacteria or dirt go in/on your hearing aids; 2. Make sure that the battery is fully charged or replaced (if needed); 3. Look for red/blue markers to make sure that you put the hearing aids in the right ear (red marker is for the right ear, blue marker is for the left ear and; 4. Go to mirror, pull your earlobe down to straighten the ear canal and slowly insert the hearing aids in your ear.
